What PreMedulla costs.

A personal AI MCAT tutor for the price of a few practice books. The diagnostic stays free. Paid tiers start at $29/month and cap at $89/month — a fraction of what a private coach charges for the same kind of feedback.

No card needed. Nothing for sale yet. The early-access list opens first.

Pricing questions.

What's actually free, and what stays free?

The CARS Diagnostic is free and stays free. You get the guided debrief and the one-page error-pattern report without a card or an account. The paid tiers are for ongoing practice, dashboard access, and the adaptive review queue.

When can I actually pay for this?

The first paid cohort opens after the free Diagnostic proves the grader works. Early-access list members get the invite first. No card on file until you choose a tier.

Why $29 and not $9?

$29 covers the inference cost of grading your reasoning on every practice question and still leaves room to build the product. Cheaper tiers exist on the market and use cheaper models — the reasoning grade and the persistent profile are what make this work, and both cost real money to run.

Why $89 and not $200?

A private MCAT coach starts at $2,000 for a full prep and routinely runs higher. PreMedulla puts the diagnostic, pattern-tracking, and direction layer at sub-$90 a month because most pre-meds can't spend more than that. The 30-minute call with Sean at the Premium tier is capped at 15 seats so it stays a real call, not a marketing line.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade month to month. The error-pattern profile travels with you across tiers — nothing resets.

What about Bio/Biochem and Chem/Phys?

Available next. V1 ships with CARS and Psych/Soc. Bio/Biochem and Chem/Phys come after, driven by paying-user signal — not a calendar. Full and Premium tier members get them at no extra cost when they ship.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If the first month doesn't help, email Sean and you get the month back. One person reading the inbox right now, so it's a real reply, not a ticket queue.

Is there a student discount?

Every tier is the student price. PreMedulla exists because the personalized feedback layer was priced out of reach for most self-studiers. The whole point is the price you see.
